Eversage Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time:
Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include tracking information.
Domestic Shipping:
We use NZ Post for all domestic shipping. Our standard shipping cost is $9.50 per kilogram. The shipping rate will be calculated based on the total weight of your order at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time:
We strive to ensure timely delivery of your order. Once shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within 3-8 working days, depending on your location within New Zealand.
Order Tracking:
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s progress through the NZ Post website.
Returns on Damaged Goods:
We take great care in packing our products. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You may be required to provide photos of the damaged goods. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and availability of the product.
